Additional Rate Information SECURITY DEPOSIT: None is required if the guest has a valid MC or VISA. If a MC or VISA is not presented the guest will be pay a $500.00 cash deposit. Please allow to (4) weeks for return of deposit. CONVENIENCE FEE For all payments made via credit card or debit card instead of cash or check, a fixed charge of $12 per transaction shall be added to all transactions in excess of $250. CANCELLATION: From the date of booking your reservation, you have 5 business days to cancel/change your reservation. Confirmed reservations may be cancelled with $100.00 cancellation fee. Departure Maid Service is available upon request for 1-5 bedroom properties. If Departure Maid Service is not ordered there will be an Inspection Fee added to each reservation made: 1 bedroom $15; 2 bedrooms $25; 3 bedrooms $30, 4 bedrooms $35 and 5 bedrooms $40. Departure Maid Service is required on all 6 bedroom or larger properties and is automatically added to rental amount. Linen packages are available at a fee of $35 + tax per bed.
