Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. *Please pardon the inconvenience while improvements are taking place at Sunbird Condominiums throughout 2023 and into 2024. These property updates will require certain unit balconies and the main pool to be closed and completely inaccessible, potentially throughout the guest's entire stay depending on the phase of construction. However, balconies in the EAST tower are open! We apologize for any noise or other inconveniences you may encounter while these improvements are being made. Due to these circumstances, the posted rates have been discounted. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our office BEFORE booking as normal cancellation policies will apply to any new bookings. Construction dates are tentative due to weather, unforeseen delays, etc. Beach Access is always Open!*

**Sunbird Condominiums charges a registration fee for parking passes (Max 1 parking pass/ unit). You may purchase on-site at the Sunbird HOA main office upon arrival. Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the front desk Mon- Fri 8-5 pm and after hours from security at the guard shack for $30.00/ pp and wristbands are $5.00/piece (max 4 for this condo- under 12 not required to wear wristbands). Max 1 parking pass for this unit. **
