Sunnyside, Florida, is minutes away from both the best of Panama City Beach and Rosemary-Scenic 30A. A long bridge crosses Lake Powell leading westward to Scenic 30A, the largest Coastal Dune Lake in Florida. With fewer high rise condos and mainly homes in the area, this up and coming neighborhood offers quiet beaches and a more family friendly atmosphere. Enjoy fewer crowds, but still be just minutes from all the attractions of Panama City Beach. Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater. 

To the north-west you will find 30A Rosemary. You will be enchanted the moment you catch your first glimpse of this seaside town.
