This 2-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo spans 1,500 square feet and is decorated with a Contemporary Island Motif in the beautiful Turquoise colors of the Gulf. Both the Living Room and the Master Bedroom boast sliding glass doors that open onto the large balcony with unobstructed views of the Gulf, White Beach, and a Beautifully Landscaped Pool. The balcony is furnished with a table and 6 chairs, along with 2 Upholstered Chairs and Ottomans, creating the perfect spot for your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails while savoring the gorgeous views.

The Living Room features a Queen Sleeper Sofa, a 42' High Definition LCD Flat Screen TV, Blu-ray, and Stereo. A separate wet bar with a sink and Wine Chiller adds a touch of luxury. The Dining Room includes a table with seating for 6 and a Breakfast Bar with Bar Stools. The fully equipped kitchen boasts Stainless Steel Appliances and Granite Counter Tops. A separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer ensures your stay is hassle-free.

The Master Bedroom offers a comfortable King Size Bed and TV. The sliding glass doors open onto the spacious beachfront balcony, allowing you to wake to the soothing sound of waves on the shoreline. A large walk-in closet, private bath with double vanities, whirlpool tub, and a separate glass-enclosed shower complete this retreat.

The Guest Bedroom is also furnished with a cozy King Size Bed and TV. This bedroom includes a private bathroom and linen closet.

An additional 1/2 Bath caters to Drop-in Guests. All linens are provided; just bring your Beach Towels.

The complex features a large fully landscaped outdoor pool, a spacious indoor pool, a sauna, a fitness room with a TV, and a BBQ area with grills, ensuring your stay is both relaxing and rejuvenating. This property currently does not have a working ice maker. Please be sure to be prepared to supply your own ice.

Please note, Admirals Quarters requires a 7 night minimum.
In addition, please be aware the HOA plans to close the outdoor pool the day after Labor Day 2024 to do repairs on the building / balcony railings. The outdoor pool is expected to open February 28, 2025.
